Yes, we offer couples therapy to support partners in improving communication, resolving conflict, rebuilding trust, and strengthening emotional connection. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where couples can work through challenges together and develop healthier relationship patterns.
Yes. I am trauma informed and am trained in EMDR.
Being trauma-informed means recognizing that life experiences can shape how we think, feel, connect with others, and move through the world. Rather than asking “What is wrong with you?”, a trauma-informed approach asks, “What have you been through, and how
has it impacted you?” Therapy is provided in a way that prioritizes emotional safety, trust, collaboration, and empowerment. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and able to move at a pace that feels right for you as we
work toward healing and growth.
Standard sessions are 50 minutes long, however extended sessions are available.
There is no one-size-fits-all answer. The length of therapy depends on your goals, the concerns you are wanting to address, and the pace that feels right for you. Some individuals benefit from short-term support, while others choose a longer journey of healing and growth. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will regularly evaluate your progress and needs together.
We currently only offer virtual sessions but will be adding in person sessions in the future
